Description
Patched Wikipedia app with:
* Built-in DNS over HTTPS on Wikimedia DNS.
* Domain fronting: HTTPS Server Name Indication manipulation for bypassing DPI.
* The default IP addresses blocked by CNCERT/CC replaced.
