TagMacro

TagMacro

Tap an NFC tag to run actions, or write tags for Wi-Fi, links and contacts

Unpiloted0852 Connectivity System

Description

TagMacro turns cheap NFC stickers into buttons. Tap a tag with your phone and it runs a list of actions you chose: silence the phone at bedtime, tell someone you got home, start a timer, open your maps app in the car, or note when you fed the cat. It is also a complete tag tool: read any tag, and write links, Wi-Fi details, contact cards and more that work on any phone, with no app needed. Private by design

  • No internet permission. Android does not let TagMacro open a network connection at all.
  • No ads, no trackers, no analytics, and no libraries beyond the Android framework and Kotlin's standard library.
  • Tags written by TagMacro hold only a random code, never your messages or contacts.
  • Every permission is optional and only requested for the actions that need it.
Actions
  • Messages and calls: send an SMS, call a number, send a Signal or WhatsApp message, share live location on WhatsApp
  • Sound: ringer mode, Do Not Disturb, volumes, play/pause/next
  • Screen and device: brightness, screen timeout, auto-rotate, flashlight, lock screen, Wi-Fi/NFC/volume panels
  • Apps and places: open an app, open a link, get directions
  • Time: alarms, timers, waits
  • Feedback and notes: on-screen message, speech, vibration, clipboard, and a journal that records when things happen
  • Run another macro
Messages can include the time, date, battery level or a map link to where you are. Triggers and conditions
  • A tag written by TagMacro, any tag or card by its serial number, or a home screen shortcut
  • Ask before running, cooldowns, time-of-day windows and days of the week
Tag tools
  • Read: chip type, capacity, lock state, every record, and which macro a tag runs
  • Write: links, Wi-Fi networks, contact cards, map locations, phone numbers, SMS, email, text, app launchers
  • Erase, format and permanently lock tags
Also Ready-made templates, a run log that shows each step, journal export to CSV, and full backup and restore. Good to know Signal, WhatsApp and lock-screen actions use an accessibility service that only receives events from Signal and WhatsApp and only acts while a macro is running. WhatsApp's terms forbid automated messaging, so use those actions at your own risk. Android does not allow apps to switch Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, mobile data or airplane mode on or off.
