Description

ruNNNpe bridge connects to NPE RUNN and BLE heart-rate sensors,
detects workouts automatically in background,
and writes sessions to Google Health Connect.

Main features:

- automatic start/stop workout flow after setup (phone can stay in pocket)
- background-safe workout tracking with persistent notification
- Health Connect writes for session, speed, distance, heart rate, steps, steps cadence, calories, elevation gained, and floors climbed

- Health Connect must be installed for full workout sync behavior
