Description
This app is a recursive version of the popular game Tic-Tac-Toe (also known as Xs and Os), based on the Ultimate Tic-Tac-Toe game.
The game supports customization of the playing field (width and height), the victory condition, the number of players, and player colors.

- Ported to SDL3.
- Replaced the legacy custom GUI system with RmlUI.
- Added customizable player colors.
- Refactoring [is still needed].
