Description

PixelPlayerOSS is a FOSS Android music player focused on local playback, self-hosted music libraries, and user-controlled online lookups.

The app works offline by default. Network features are optional and must be enabled by the user.

Features:

* Local music scanning and playback for common audio formats
* Gapless playback, crossfade, custom transitions, queue controls, shuffle, repeat, and sleep timer
* Albums, artists, genres, folders, favorites, playlists, lyrics, and listening stats
* Smart playlists generated from local listening history and favorites
* Self-hosted Navidrome/Subsonic and Jellyfin library sync and streaming
* Optional LRCLIB lyric lookup and Deezer artist artwork lookup
* Material 3 UI, dynamic color, light/dark themes, and Glance widgets
* Backup and restore for preferences, playlists, favorites, lyrics, stats, and app state

PixelPlayerOSS does not include analytics, ads, Firebase, Crashlytics, Play Store billing, or Google Play Services runtime dependencies.
