Pixel Tag Drawer

Pixel Tag Drawer is a companion app for Android. It lists the launchable apps
on your device and lets you organise and filter them with your own tags. It
does not act as a home launcher; you keep using it alongside your existing
launcher.

Features:

* App list: shows launchable apps as "all apps", a selected tag, or "no tag",
in a list or grid view.
* Tags: assign multiple tags to one app; create, rename and delete tags, and
add or remove a tag on many apps at once.
* AND filter: show only the apps that have all of the selected tags.
* Search: filter the list by app name or package name.
* Sorting: by name, by most recently launched, by launch count, or by a
usage-based "recommended" order.
* Pinned shortcuts: add a home-screen shortcut that opens a specific tag
filter or the "no tag" filter.

Usage access (optional):

* The "recently launched", "launch count" and "recommended" sort orders use
Android's UsageStats and UsageEvents, aggregated on the device (last 30 days
for the first two, last 7 days for "recommended").
* These orders require granting "usage access" to the app manually in Android
settings. There is no runtime permission dialog for it.
* If usage access is not granted, name sorting, search, tag organisation and
tag filtering still work, and the usage-based orders fall back to name order.

Privacy and network:

* Works locally on the device. The app does not request the INTERNET
permission and has no code that sends data to an external server.
* No account, no cloud sync.
* No ads, no analytics, no tracking.

Requires Android 8.0 (API 26) or later. Developed and tested on a Pixel 10a;
behaviour on other devices or launchers is not verified.

Adds English and Japanese UI localization.

- English is now the default UI language, with Japanese translations when the
device language is Japanese.
- Release builds no longer show the developer diagnostics button.
- Adds regression coverage for localized resource resolution.
