NetToggle

NetToggle is a lightweight Android Quick Settings tile for switching cellular network modes.
Supported modes:
- 5G Only
- 4G Only
- Preferred 5G
- Preferred 4G
NetToggle supports Root and Shizuku execution modes. Root or Shizuku is required because standard Android apps cannot directly change preferred network modes.
The app is designed to stay lightweight by using cached tile state, async command execution, cached icons, and no background polling.

Added improved Root/Shizuku handling, Async QS tile execution, Duplicate-tap protection, Active SIM handling, Cached icons, Developer links, Runtime version display, Lower QS refresh overhead, Added Gradle wrapper metadata for F-Droid build compatibility and prepared tag-based autoupdate support.
