Migraine Diary helps you keep a personal record of headache and migraine episodes. Start an attack log, then add start and end times, pain details, symptoms and notes when you feel ready. Attack mode can dim the screen while you record information.
Record medication names and an optional dose as part of your history. Daily check-ins let you include ordinary days as well as attacks. The pattern view explains data coverage and shows when there is too little information to identify a pattern.
Review previous entries and prepare available PDF summaries for conversations with a healthcare professional. Some longer-term trends, pattern views and PDF options require Pro. Optional reminders can support your recording routine. Migraine Diary does not diagnose conditions, confirm triggers or recommend treatment, and associations in your records do not establish cause and effect.
