Description
Global Send lets you send encrypted messages anywhere in the world without signing up for any account. It achieves better speed and latency by using direct connections instead of sending messages through a central server This app still uses relay servers to discover the address of the recipient before making the direct connection. By default it uses public relays maintained by n0.computer, but you can deploy and use your own relay server instead: https://codeberg.org/quandang/global_send#self-hosting On the other hand, since there is no server to fetch messages, this app need to constantly run in the background to receive them Future Features The app is currently at a very early stage of development, these features are not yet implemented. Let me know which one you want to be implemented first.
