Sherpr

Sherpr is the mobile companion for Herdr, the terminal agent multiplexer. Herdr runs each coding agent (Claude Code, Codex, Copilot CLI, …) in its own real terminal and shows at a glance who is blocked, working, done, or idle. Sherpr brings that glance — and the ability to unblock, steer, and monitor agents — to your pocket. What it does

• Connect securely to a Herdr instance on your workstation, homelab box, or VPS — over SSH, with pinned host keys and on-device Ed25519 keys.
• Fleet dashboard — a live overview of every workspace, tab, and pane with Herdr's semantic status colors, sorted so what needs you floats to the top.
• Notifications when an agent becomes blocked or done — generated on-device from the live SSH event stream, with no push provider or companion app. An opt-in foreground service can keep the session alive in the background.
• Multiple hosts — connect several Herdr instances at once; focus one while the others keep running, with a combined "needs you" queue across every host.
• Full terminal on tap — tapping a pane (or a notification) opens a real interactive terminal: live colored output, scrollback, a modifier/arrow/function-key bar tuned for TUIs, and two-tap approve/deny for blocked agents.
• Orchestrate — create workspaces (name + folder) and start new sessions; focus and rename panes; answer prompts and send text or key combos.
• Voice dictation (optional) — on-device Whisper (whisper.cpp compiled from source) or your own self-hosted Whisper server. Dictated text is inserted for review, never auto-sent. Models are downloaded on first use from a pinned URL with SHA-256 verification, never bundled.

No cloud, no third parties There is no Sherpr service. The app talks directly to your Herdr over your SSH transport; your agents, output, and keys never touch a third party. No ads, no tracking, no Google Play Services. Dark-first "black glass + neon" UI with three palettes: Black Glass, Catppuccin Mocha, and Tokyo Night. An optional biometric app lock gates the UI on launch and after a timeout.
