Sehat (صحت, meaning health in Urdu) is a privacy-focused personal health tracker for Android. Track your steps, heart rate, and meditation while keeping your data on your device.

Pedometer

• Count steps using your device's built-in step counter sensor
• Track steps, distance, calories, and active duration
• Set and track a daily step goal
• Adjust sensor sensitivity: Low, Medium, High, or Very High
• View individual session history and details
• Calculate BMI using your personal information

Heart Rate Monitor

• Measure heart rate using your device's camera
• Place your finger over the camera to measure your pulse
• View real-time BPM with a live chart
• Configure measurement duration and sensitivity

Data Backup

• Export your health data as a JSON file

• Choose the backup location using Android's Storage Access Framework
• No storage permission required

Privacy

• All health data is stored locally on your device
• No account or login required
• No cloud sync or servers
• No advertisements
• No analytics or crash reporting
• No INTERNET permission
• Camera frames used for heart rate measurement are not recorded or stored
• Health data leaves your device only when you explicitly export a backup
